These Terms and conditions may seem mundane but they exist to protect you as a user of the website and protect you from anything that might be deemed as illegal, offensive or immoral, so please read them carefully. By registering with Swapsure.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject and governed by English Law and the courts of England and shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising with these Terms and Conditions.

The Statutory rights of the registered user are not affected by the Conditions.

Description of Service

Swapsure.co.uk will provide all registered members an easy to use website that will allow the means to swap goods and services. Unlike many other sites we operate worldwide, and reach all corners of the globe. We have no advertising on our site for Premier members, so all our premier members can swap without annoying ads flashing up. Free registration applies to everyone so as to enable you to start swapping straight away for free on the site. A small nominal fee for Premier membership to join our exclusive member’s site and benefit from being able to swap goods with members across the globe.

The site is absolutely free to all registered users, when you register you will become a full member and receive 30 points for free and will be able to browse and see the items available, and start swapping straight away. But the Premier member’s forum  service is exclusively for Premier members only.

It is easy and inexpensive way to become a Premier member. For a small nominal monthly fee (see fee section), you have unlimited swaps, and your status changes from a registered user/ Full member to a Premier member which gives you access to the swap services with commission points and members forums, plus free entry into all on site competitions, and the site will become advertisement free.

Registering

When registering you must make sure that all the information given is accurate and correct. By giving false or inaccurate information may incur future problems with swapping or cause your membership to be revoked.

FULL/PREMIER MEMBERSHIP

To access the member’s forum and start swapping you must become a full member as described in registering section.

Once you have become a full member we will send you your membership number via e-mail which will be immediately linked with your registration name and password. You can then start swapping straight away. You will immediately be given your own personal zone along with access to the member’s forum and the links to other members.

 To upgrade to Premier membership you must first become a full member and then access your membership page, fill in the details and register a credit/debit card on our secure site. All monthly, quarterly, annual charges are shown on the page. By registering for 12 months you get 2 months free, 6 months a saving of £2.00 or sterling equivalent, which is 1 month free. As A premier member you will automatically get 10% commission points on all your completed swaps, all advertising on the site will disappear, and you can enter all competitions free of charge. These competitions will include bonus points up-to flay screen HD tv’s

There is no age limit to register on Swapsure, But Swapsure does operate an age restriction policy on all items from no restrictions, 12+, 15+, 18+, as each item is listed, the swapper will enter the age restriction, any member under the age restriction will not be able to see or obtain these items. This system is backed up by the alert icon by each item on the site, if any member see’s a wrongly listed item, they can click on the icon and remove it from the site. Swapsure will then access the item and either relist it under the proper age restriction or remove it from the site altogether. Also a list of  products are listed in the banned item section. This is to insure the safety of our members and to the best of our ability to ensure peace of mind to parents/ Guardians that minors are unable to obtain such items from our website.

Swapsure does offer a fair trade guarantee, however all items on the site are owned by the third party users and members, Swapsure never comes into possession of the items that are offered on the website and therefore have no control of the quality, legality and safety of the items described and therefore can not be held responsible or liable for the condition of the goods traded on its site through third parties. But the fair trade guarantee we offer is to act if needed as a mediater if disputes occur as described in next paragraph.

Swapsure is not responsible for the sending and receiving of items between members. Should a dispute between members occur, the best way to resolve the problem is to talk to each other through your personal member’s page and the links that are available.
However Swapsure does provide a service that tries to eliminate such problems with disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolve amiably then you can fill in the dispute form and we will try to resolve the issue for you. Also you can click on the consumer section of the site and find the information required to take an unresolved issue further still. Even though you are not paying for the items on the website, your consumer rights are unaffected.

Swapsure does not endorse any products on its site, we a purely provide the technical site to enable members to swap products with each other, and at any time, using a points system and a non monetary means for members to obtain desired items. At no time does Swapsure handle or own any of the goods on its site.

Swapsure is registered with the Data protection act 1998, and we adhere strictly to it.

All rights to the design and information, terms and conditions are owned outright by Swapsure Limited. They are all protected by copyright and all trademarks and remain the sole property of Swapsure limited.

The Swapsure site incorporates a link to its affiliated company Swapsurebiz.com, which it is also responsible for its contents and security.
